6. Beauty & Personal Care Disclaimer

Beauty and personal care products may produce different results depending on factors such as skin type, hair type, lifestyle, age, allergies, and individual sensitivity.

JotnoMart does not guarantee identical results for every customer.

Customers are encouraged to perform a patch test before using any skincare, cosmetic, or personal care product.

If irritation or an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a qualified healthcare professional.

7. Pricing

All prices displayed on JotnoMart are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

While we make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. JotnoMart reserves the right to correct pricing errors, update prices, or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing before shipment.

Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without prior notice.

8. Orders

Placing an order on JotnoMart constitutes an offer to purchase a product.

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, or phone. This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of your order.

JotnoMart reserves the right to verify order details before processing.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

9. Payment

JotnoMart currently accepts:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Customers are responsible for paying the total amount shown at checkout upon delivery.

We do not store debit card, credit card, or mobile banking credentials.

10. Shipping & Delivery

JotnoMart provides nationwide delivery throughout Bangladesh through trusted courier partners.
